We arrived exhausted after a long drive, only to find a dirty, musty room at Budget Inn. the non-smoking room reeked, the TV didn't work, and the sticky rug was unpleasant. We'll never return. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The desk clerk was very friendly & customer service oriented.

The smell of the room. Unfortunately it a bit stale. This might've been because have very little guest Christmas time. Luckily carry air freshener w/us. That's really the only complaint.

Got tidy room with fridge and king bed microwave, as example - always come in handy. I really enjoyed the food, it was fantastic. The property's location was great and exceptionally nice, in the middle of jackson. The service was great.

I really liked the room with 2 full beds, they were super comfy. 🛏️ The breakfast had a wide variety of food to choose from, and it was delicious. The hotel's location was also convenient, right in the middle of everything.

The lack of amenities. the absence of a place to hang clothes and the failure to provide clean towels after the first night were major inconveniences.
